Capacity is an AI native knowledge-sharing platform. They integrate with cloud applications, understand your documents for information retriever, capture team tacit knowledge. Basically, they are the artificial intelligence-enabled chatbot.

Understanding The Target Audience
We started by conducting interviews with the people who use chatbot in their respective day to day life. ​​​​​​​
Problem/ Pain Points
1. Not able to go into different international markets, or international team cooperation.         
2. People are prone to make mistakes by filling out the form.
3. Transfer to live agent for small things which waste time and money.
Design Challenge

Make it easy for the Capacity organization and employees to interact in their desired languages.

Solution
Wanted to focus on an important pain point. So, we planed to move into International market which will help employees of Capacity to interact and understand easily in their native language. 


Brainstorming Ideas
We started with market analysis, looking a what other chatbot companies are out there. I wanted to focus on something different so I decided to pick a specific target audience, understand their problem, needs and opportunities.
My Responsibilities
While we all worked together on the research, ideation, and visual design phases. I was a Sprint Master and mainly responsible for the Research and idea . We synced once a week to make sure that the complete product experience is cohesive.

We designed a Logo "CT" and what CT will do ? 
Basically it will help capacity.com to translate the language of user's choice. Make it easier to understand in their language and much more easier to interact
About CT
CT is an AI translator of Capacity.com. 

This function can apply to all the current available or incoming Capacity.com products. It is very flexible, can work both in internal environment and external condition.

It is a user-friendly function, you do not have to learn it, just follow the steps can easily get the correct translation.

We believe CT can greatly empower Capacity.com by realizing international
communication, resource searching & learning seamlessly

Prototyping
You can select the language before on the chat boot and can talk to an agent in your selected Language. Agent will respond in your selected language.

In Capacity slack, if someone provide you some random link in other languages, you can take capacity help and see detailed or full translation in English. 
Reflection
Key TakeAway
This was my first group project in college and it taught me the importance of collaboration.
Viewing problems from a user’s perspective.
Due to the deadline of the project, there was no time for user testing. 

What Would I do Differently Today
If I were to pick up this project today, I would dive deeper into primary research: asking more questions to the customers of capacity.com to get a much better understanding of the problem. I would also love to do some qualitative and quantitative research through focus groups, surveys, interviews, user testing, using data to inform design decisions. I would like to provide current tools on mobile , which is more portable. Build a mobile app , which can be used anywhere easily.
